Main Course Hot Buffet

• Beef lasagne with fresh parmesan
• Chicken breast in mushroom sauce
• Mediterranean vegetable Moussaka
• Swiss potato gratin
• Fresh garden salad

• Crusty bread rolls, sourdough breads and butter

Dessert & Cheese Board

• Chocolate Macciato tart with raspberry coulis
  AND
• Australian cheeses with seasonal fruits and lavoche biscuits
   
• Tea or coffee and basket of chocolates
