• Vittelo tonato: delicate slices of poached veal in a rich sauce of tuna and French capers

  • Seared yellow fin tuna with coriander noodles and wasabi aioli
  • Roasted kumara with green beans and lemon vinaigrette

Main Course

• Chicken breast supreme filled with sage and onion
• Medallions of baby pork fillet in five spice and honey
• Oven roasted rump of beef with caramelised garlic and mushroom jus
• Vegetarian Moussaka of eggplant, kumara and zucchini
• Parmesan potato gratin

• Crusty bread rolls, sourdough breads and butter

Dessert

• Slow baked lemon curd tart with raspberry coulis
